Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I'm seperated and my wife wants to make a agreement noterized saying that i would agree to pay her a certain amount for as long as i am working. If I would agree to this can i later change this ?

No. The proper procedure is to have her spend the $20 and file for spousal support with the Domestic Relations Office.

All a notarization of any document does is give evidence that the document was signed by the person who proves their identity to the notary. It in no way makes it a legal document.
