Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
seperation
My wife kicked me and my belongs outof our rented trailor because I was being unfaithful. Two eeks afterward I ended my extra marital relationship and moved back home with my Mom. I now desperatly want to get back with my wife and our two children ages 1 & 4.
My wife will not even let me on our porch. Now she has a new boyfriend and is having a heavy affair. He sleeps in my home with my children there and my wife spends nights at his house.
Since the children have been born they have always spent a good amount of time with my Mom. This past year alone the two children have slept and/or been by my Mom's for about 180 days of the year. They each have a bedroom and clothes there. My Mom has never recieved any money or finacial help for this.
Now my wife wants my paycheck. Do I have to give her my paycheck in this circumstance? She wants cash as well. What are my rights in the situation as far as the children and my financial resposibility?

Re: separation
Your financial responsibility is determined by the Rules of Pennsylvania Civil Procedure that implements the support law in PA.
This establishes a support amount that is based on you and your wife's income. This is based on total income and the number of children involved. Then the support amount is multiplied by the percentage of the amount you earn divided by the total family income.
Even if you're the sole breadwinner they don't take 100% of your income.
