Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

If I come to a settlement agreement with my ex, can he come back at a later date for more equity or sposal support? How would the legal papers need to be written so that can't happen?

Thank you

In order for him to seek a change, he must show a material change in circumstances, such as a financial hardship for him or signififcant increase in income for you---and that still needs to be proved---

You really need to consult an attorney to get a totally accurate answer----unless he would waive any increases under any and all circumstances, and even that would not be automatically enforceable.

Please call if you woudl like to discuss--- (I live in Montgomery County and I assume you are there or in Bucks)
