settlements in divorce

i have been separated for 3 years, my name is still on my husbands house mortgage, since the separation he has started his own business,purchased very expensive items like motorhomes, motorcycles, cars,houses, etc,is there anything i can do about getting off the mortgage and would i be entitled to any of the assetts he as acquired since out separation, ( there are no legal separation papers) if i file for divorce. he has a live in girlfriend but i think everything is paid for and only in his name

The ability to have a claim on the assets he has aquired since the separation would depend on a number of factors including what portion of the assets was aquired using pre-separation income.
