Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I am currently in a same sex relationship for 11 years. We are heading towards a breakup. She was living with me so she has things at my residence. Her mail goes here as well but everything including the house is in my name. I was wondering if they can come and go as they want to take things from the home and if I have to give them a certain amount of time to get their things and go even though we are not legally married because pennsylvania law doesn't recognize same sex marriages.

Under Landlord tenant law she is a tenant at sufferance. You would need to go to the DJ to get her evicted.
