Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have shared custody of my son, who will be 17yo in June. He has been stating that he does not want to continue living with his father & stepmom. There were some issues that have been going on at his father's house for awhile. My son states that he does not want to go back to his dad's house on Monday evening. Our custody arrangement is Fri after 3pm until Mon after 3pm; his father gets him from Mon after 3 until Fri after 3pm. What would happen if my son does not go back to his father's on Monday?

You have to file for modification of custody

I don' t know what kind of issues are occurring, but if they are significant, you may need an emergency motion
