Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have shared custody of my son, who will be 17yo in June. He has been stating that he does not want to continue living with his father & stepmom. There were some issues that have been going on at his father's house for awhile. My son states that he does not want to go back to his dad's house on Monday evening. What would happen if my son does not go back to his father's on Monday?

Technically you'd be in contempt. It might be a good time to talk to his father and find out what's going on. Does your son talk to his dad?
