Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
I currently have shared legal custody of my children but the mother does not shared any medical information and when I try to reach out to the doctors-they tell me because of HIPAA-they can not disclose the information to me-even with a court order that I currently have. I don't know what to do at this point. Can I take my children to the hospital-even though they have insurance but I do not have insurance?

Yes you can take the children to the hospital and if the order says shared legal custody the doctors should share the medical information with you.
If you can afford an attorney to help you do so, including my Delaware County office, if not talk to the Philadelphia family court for help.
