You should be able to take your daughter on vacations unless a court order says you can't. If the vacation is in Lebanon for 10 months you will have a problem. In general if your order does not address vacations or if there is no order you are entitled to take your daughter on vacation as long as it does not present a danger to her and it does not interfere with the other parent's custodial rights. To avoid court be reasonable and flexible.
