what happens if you do not sign a quit claim deed and the divorce is final. and your ex is remarrying and selling the house.

If the divorce agreement provides for the transfer of the house to your ex and you are to sign over the deed and do not do so, then they can file for contempt against you. I would need more details as to the settlement of the divorce.
