signing birth certificate
My ex wife and I split up when she was pregnant. Another man signed her birth certificate but I know I am the father. The baby is now two years old and I want a paternity test. Will I have any problem getting one?

A child born of an intact marriage or within the gestational period of an intact marriage is presumed to be fathered by the husband. Unless the husband was impotent or away in prison or the military.
