I am a sing mother with my ex living in ny city and im in philadelphia. me ex get 2 weekends a month with my child. i would like to move to florida. he doesnt wont me to move. what can i do?

You ahve to file a petition to modify the current order and petition for permission to relocate out of the state. There are certian requirements and conditions you must fulfill for the court to agree that you can relocate with the children. You'll need to go to Court and put it all on the record. This is usually limited to why you are leaving, who you'll be living with, what your job will be....
