Can a single mother have her childs father sign over his parental rights to the child in Pennsylvania?

I agree with Mr. Davidson. However, you could get him to agree to sign a custody agreement where he has no legal or physical custodial rights and you could agree not to pursue support. The downside to that kind of arrangement is that it is not final as both agreements could be modified in the future.
