Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
My sister and her fiance live in PA with their two children but the relationship is not working out. She would like to take her children and move back to NJ to better her and her childrens lives. What are the laws on that?

Assuming no custody order is in place then the father would have to file for custody and object to the move. If father then goes to court the Gruber Factors would apply. One question is how far away NJ is from dad?
