Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Hi, I would like to get out of the situation that i am in. I would like to get custody of my son without him (the father) knowing. I just want custody assuring that before i leave without taking him to court. Is that possiable?

He would have to be notified ---by the courts--what reason do you have for him to not let him know?

Does he pose a threat to you and/or the child./

You might have to seek a restraining order as part of the procedure, and unless his parental rights have been terminated, which is hard to do, he has to be informed--BUT before you decide anything, call me.
