my son is filing for divorce from an abusive wife, they live in a company house that he works for, she does not work all she does is drinks and gets high then locks him out of his house, he has called the cops when she gets abusive they keep telling him to leave but he pays all of the bills is there anything he can do to get her out he lives in pa

He can file a Protection from Abuse Petition if he reasonably believes he is in physical danger. If not, he can file for divorce and may eventually wind up with the house with sole rights to it.

When he files for the divorce he can file a petition for special relief to get exclusive possession of the house. That can happen anytime after the divorce is filed.
