Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
I have a son with a married man and he gave me papers saying that he has all the custody?? i never signed anything and he took a copy of my signature and put it on some papers. He lives in texas. What can i do??

Who has custody of your child? Where has your child lived for the past six months? Did the court ever enter a custody order?
You both have the same rights to the custody, control and care of the child. If the child is with you in PA and there are no court orders, then file for custody. I suggest that you speak to a family lawyer in your area about that. That will force the man to litigate. If the child lives with the man in Texas and this looks like a valid custody agreement, then you will have to speak to a Texas family law attorney. I am not licensed in Texas.
