You will never get the Office of Domestic Relations off your back unless and until you reply to them. The only way to put this matter to rest is to visit the Domestic Relations Office in person, ask for a computer printout of your payment history and see what, if anything, is causing this message to constantly come up. Review the printout while you are still in the Domestic Relations Office. Once you find the problem, tell someone there to fix the problem. If nothing comes up, you will still have to explain your predicament to someone in that office so that they can correct it. This problem must be addressed because if the computer keeps showing you as owing support payments and you do not bring this error to their attention, you just might find an officer ringing your doorbell one day coming to your home to arrest you. So, do not ignore this situation, it can cause you greater problems than you ever imagined, if you do not correct it,
