My son will be going off to college in September. Does child support continue through his four years there?

Without an agreement that overrides the child support statute, child support ends when the child turns 18 or graduates high school whichever comes last.

Pa suoort laws do not provide for support after the child turns 18 or graduates from high school whichever last occurs. There would have to be a separate written agreement for college
