Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

can son-in -law move children to another state

Our son in law has been miserable for EVER. He has never grown up and is 30 going on 14. He visits adult sex sites and lives in--name removed--fantasy world. He has never been--name removed--good provider and my daughter has bee the constant source of steady income.

He wants to move back to IOWA and with his MOMMY. We're all for it, BUT he wants to take my daughter and 2 grandkids, THEN dump my daughter. He has stop telling my daughter that he loves her and has been emotionally blackmailing and mentally abusing her. Finally she seems strong enough to leave him, as she finally realizes that it take two people working to build--name removed--marriage to make it work.

CAn he just take off with the kids in the night and what LEGAl recourse, both preventative and PRO ACTIVE can we take to assure the safety of our daughter and grandkids?

As a married couple they can move anywhere they like.

You give no facts to indicate that you would have standing to take action in court.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me the initial consultation is free.
