Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

If my sons father pays child support,but there is no custody agreement,and his name is not on the birth cert.do i have to allow him to go to his house for visitation rights?i live in pennsylvania.

No. Child support and partial custody have nothing to do with each other. That said why isn't there a custody order?
