Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my sons father takes my 3yr old son on a motorcycle.. most recent was just the other day while it was snowing out and he just had a dbl ear infection that his father didn't give 6 out of the 12 doses and i qote the doctor son't know what she was talking about" and he lives in a 2 bdr apt with his friend my son and hims share a room. when the girlfriend comes over them make her 5yr old her 2 yr girl and her 6 month old boy and my 3 yrold boy sleep all on one sofa so them can have sex with the door locked till morning....he never has his hate and cloves on when I get him back.. and i can call himto talk to my son and not get a call back for 3 days when i gt him back....he also put my son in the front seat of his care with and with out a car seat i have pictures of him on the bike and in the front seat of the car... he had drove 45 mins on a highway with my son a the bike cuz he wanted to see his girl i feel this was very unsafe.... are these grounds to get full custody of my son... filling next week

I would not try this without a lawyer

If you can prove what you are saying, this should be grounds for modified visitation, or possibly restricted visitation OR supervised....Anything endangering a child is not going to sit well with the courts.....
