Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My sons mother moved from PA. to Maine over three years ago. Taking our son with her. The system had no idea of this move nor did i. Can she up and move like that? Also SHE has denied my court ordered visitation. Is she aloud to do this? Resulting in my son not knowing that he has a father who wants to be invloved in his life. Why is the court system rewarding this type of behavior? Im also paying close to $700 a month in child support, i only make $10.00 per hour and work a forty hour work week. i cant afford anything but the VERY basic needs, let alone money for a lawyer. what are my rights? PLEASE HELP THIS LONELY FATHER

The time to object was when she was moving to Maine or within about 60 days of the move. Because you didn't object you waived your right to object. Further, as the child has been in Maine for over 6 months the Maine Courts have jurisdiction over the custody matter.
