Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My son's wife just left him and took their daughter with her. does he need to go to a justice to get to see his daughter if his wife refuss to let him see his daughter. she is wanting a divorce from him. Until they devorice can he see his daughter when he wants to or should the police get involved?

He neither can see a "justice" (I assume you mean a magistrate judge) nor the police.

What your son needs to do is go see a domestic relations attorney NOW about child custody/visitation and other issues related to the divorce. Absent an agreement or court order, the wife does not have to allow the son to visit with the child.
