spousal removal

my mother has been married for 25 years My mom and her husband live in a house that my mothers parents own. My mom told my dad to leave and he has refused how can we get him out of the house?

More facts are needed to ascertain the properly action to take. if your mother has been physically threatened or abused by your father she may have to file a protection from abuse petition. If this is not the case then a divorce action would have to be started and she could file a petition for relief to have exclusive possession of the home if the facts warrant. Of course your father can agree to leave. Speak to an attorney to get a more definite opinion as to the facts in this situation.
