Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

spousal support

I have been ordered to pay $361./mo in spousal support by Domestic relations court in PA , but I have filed for Divorce in OH where I live . I need to know if the spousal support can be terminated once I present them with a copy of my final divorce papers from OH ....or is there any chance that they could continue to make me pay it once the divorce is final and there are no support /alimony decisions within the divorce.

Re: spousal support

Spousal Support ends with the divorce. Also, if you included a fault grounds in your divorce complaint you have an entitlement defense to paying spousal support.
