Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

MY spouse and I agree that our marriage is irretrievably broken, can I still file a consentual for divorce if she wont sign the decree. Or must I file a contested divorce?

If she consents you can get a divorce in 90 days. If she does not consent, you can still get a no-fault divorce but you have to wait 2 years.
