Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My spouse filed for a dissolution of marriage in may of 2017 in the state of indiana, he filed in class county and even did by publication in the state of indiana which I had no knowledge of until I talked with a lawyer back in indiana in September, I've moved to PA in March of 2017, I planned to file for divorce soon after being here and knowing I was far enough away from him hes physically abused myself for years, as well as our 5 children! The judge where he filed has erroneously denied me, a continuous even though I have a medical note saying I couldn't even go to work until Feb 3, 2018 and the final hearing was on the 2nd of Feb, he denied me a correction of errors, he didn't even read it, he just stamped denied on it the following business day! He got the notice late afternoon 03/16/2018, and denied it on 03/19/2018, just got the notice in the mail today on 03/23/2018, I have witnesses to the abuse but couldn't even be properly heard, the judge gave my children to him even though hes abused them, and has even been accused of sexually abusing our oldest daughter, and DCS substantiated that as well on my ex husband! I need help, I'd like to get a protective order against him and also it be protecting our 5 kids from him, hes got family in the mob/mafia and has threatened me if I ever took our kids from him, that he'd hunt me down and kill me, hes done jobs previously for his family as well! My kids are not safe in his custody! I want the divorce dismissed and jurisdiction and venue be changed to Pennsylvania, where I'm residing and hes no longer even residing in the county he filed either! Please help!

First you're going to need a lawyer in Indiana to fix the problems with the Indiana proceedings. Assuming that can happen and you wish to proceed with the divorce and custody action a determination will have to be made which state Indiana or Pennsylvania has jurisdiction. Based on what you've written I can't say where

If you want to discuss it you call or mail me.
