Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

spouse has been notified many times to collect possessions, ignored all since may 2015, removed with pfa., vehicle left in garage has tags dated 2010, now has mold growing on and in vehicle causing garage to grow mold, needs to be guttted and redone, can i scrap the vehicle since no book value and now causing a health hazard to home , spouse will not respond and cannot leave vehicle outside without tags will be fined by HOA

There have been 2 years since the PFA was issued and no divorce, that;s odd. If you divorced him you could file a petition for special relief to deal with abandoned property.
