Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My spouse has only paid me $2750.00 in 2 years. He has one child (16) and I have 2 (16 and 19)

which I support. My (19) was diagnosised with cancer in Feb 2010.

My (19) was helping with financially due to my ex not paying us. Now he can not work because he is hospitalized every 14 days for a week,and is very weak and sick due to chemo.

My ex still is not paying me or helping in any way. I work part time due to my sons condition and I have had to turn down all promotions and transfers for positions at this time, to go forward in my career (was a stay home Mom through out marrage). We have financial stress now more then ever. I am living in PA.

1. How can I get all what is back owed to me?

2. Can he go bankrupt on what is owed to us for back pay and future pay accordingly to NV law?

(divorced in married and divorced in NV)

Go to court where the order was issued and seek enforcement of the order--file motion for contempt.....Call me if you want to talk---no charge 215 732 4000
