SPOUSE RIGHTS TO 1/2 OF 401k

I need to know if I have a right to half of my husbands 401k that he is stopping and getting the money for. We are separated. And he is refusing to give me any of it.

Most 401k plans require a married person to get the approval of spous before distrribution. You should speak to an attorney to try and stop the action. I offer free consultations.
