spouse support

i have two children with my husband of five years and we also have custody of his brother he now tells me he is leaving does he have to help me financially i am on ssi and cant do it alone he has been our support for the whole marrage. i also have three of my own children

Re: spouse support

If you file with the Domestic Relations Office in your county you will get support for the 2 children you have by your husband.

As for the 3 other children you should seek support for them from their father.

As for the brother that is a good question I would ask at the DRO and see what they say.
