What your wife did is illegal. For a number of reasons.

Well if the doctor knew or could have been reasonably expected to know that was her plan for the drug. Then he has liability based on the fact that what your estranged wife did was illegal. Another possibility is conspiracy liability .

A real question is why she did it. If she knew due to your health taking Viagra could have caused you grave harm then it could be a much more serious charge then if she gave it to you because she wanted you to engage in sex with her.

Why are you looking to go after the doctor and not your wife?
