Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

where do i start?my husband and I have been together almost 2 years.He has a son with a veeerryy bitter jealous woman.We are not allowed to see his son who is 6 years old we are also not allowed to talk to him.she has blocked us from emailing her and she has changed her number so we cant call and he is not allowed to call us.She recently took my husband who is not working to child support court and he was ordered to pay $124 a month.she knows he is not working and wants it to come from my check because I make pretty good money.He and i also have a daughter together.It has gooten so bad we have had to call the police because at one time when he was allowed to come over she came and snatched him from our house,she has had her sister call me and threaten to kill me,she has also threatened him.his son has ADHD and is doing bad in school making D's and F's and also getting suspended and kicked out of school programs.For about a year after he left she was still running up a cable bill in his name and refusing to give us the box numbers to have it cut off.I am willing to pay the bill but i want my money back from her since she was using it.we want to go to court for custody of some sort but PA courts seem totally aganist the father and we cannot afford a lawyer.I cannot deal with this anymore..Please HELP!!!!!!

Wow. The law in PA is that the custodial parent is required to foster a relationship with the non-custodial parent. Failure to do so could result in a finding of contempt against mother.

If someone has threatened to kill you that is something you need to report to the police. one, because it's a crime and two it's an enumerated crime in the custody statute.

If you can not afford a law you should try your county bar association referral service. They tend to be the gatekeepers for low cost and no cost legal services.
