Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

In the state of PA my daughter is going through a divorce, for the past 3 years, she is told ? that she must pay $500.00 to rent a court room or reserve a court room, does this sound right and legal, what are my taxes paid for

Huh? who told her that? Sounds like there might be a filing fee for something but $500 seems a bit steep. Hopefully she has a lawyer or should get one. She need to get her legal advice from a lawyer not people who have no idea what they're talking about.

Most likely that is the divorce master fee. Most courts charge a fee for the master's time. As John mentioned, if she is going in for a hearing, she would be best off having an attorney.
