Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

In the state of PA after both parties have signed divorce papers is there any way for one of those parties to appeal that document before it is seen and signed by a judge? How long after the papers are signed until the divorce is legal? After the divorce papers are signed does either spouse have any legal recourse against the other if they are involved in a new dating relationship?

Generally it should be fairly soon after the papers are signed they are filed. Unless the lawyer involve is slow or there is some technical error in the Praecipe it should be a couple of weeks at most once the decree is issued.

Once the papers are signed then there is little that can be done to change them.

Why should you care about their relationship is with another? More importantly why should the courts care?
