Statue of Limitations

hi! Can you tell me the statue of limitations on a divorce settlement ? A few years ago a judge signed in my favor the sum of $25,000 , how long do I have to collect that ? I might have finally found My ex and just curious before I put myself at risk to him knowing where I live now , if I am still due the amount the courts awarded me. thank you for any help you could give me , best wishes, Kim
