Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have stepson that is going to collage. We live in Pennsylvania and think his dad lives in Arizona. We do not talk to each other but he still pays child support. How would we go about getting college money from him?

Under Pensylvania Law, he has no legal obligation to pay for post secondary education. Now if the order for support is in Arizona I would have no idea. Also, once your son turns 18 or graduates from high school which ever occurs lasts child support ends.
