Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have a studnet that is 15 years old and does not want her father to have custody because she does not want to visit. Can she do anything?

No she can't. Custody actions are filed be the child's parent. In this case she needs to talk to her mom. Then mom can take action.
