Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Can I sue for mental anguish. My ex is not following our custody order. He has primary care and I have visitation He is keeping the boys from me on my regulary scheduled days. He threatens me , sends nasty emails , takign me to court over and over again. He is not affecting my work becasue I have to take time off for court, and to get legal advice concerning him keeping our boys from me. I don't know what else to do . He has drained my money, affecting my new job, and is restricting my access to our children.

Suing for mental anguish isn't likely to be successful and even if it was, the likelyhood of collected on a judgment isn't very high. The better way to handle this would be to have an attorney file a contempt petition for you. If you have a custody order and he isn't following it, he may be held in contempt of court.
