Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

She wants to sue me!!

Can I be sued if I am named as a respondent to a divorce in another state. My friends wife thinks she can sue me, and I need to know if she can. She has an email I sent him. But no other proof as I dont live in that state. What can she do??

Not in Washington. Washington is a no fault state. Nobody except the other spouse is ever named as a respondent in a dissolution here.
