Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

can I sue the other woman??

My question is my husband and I have been married for 12 years he told me 3months ago that he had a 3 week affair. I am devastated taking anti-depressants seeing therapists and lost alot of time at work. I want to know if I can sue the other woman for medication, lost time, and therapy? If there is no law in Pa for this how can I go about doing something about this I think that if there was a law people would think twice about cheating.

Re: can I sue the other woman??

You cannot sue the other woman. While it may be immoral to have an affair it is not illegal.
