Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My support has been dimissed without prejudice. How much time do I have to reinstate the request for support? Can I reinstate it myself? How do I locate local help in reinstating asap? How can I get the spouse to pay for the defendent to pay for the attorney fee's if , I. the plantiff hasn't any? Really need help here... please.

I do not know why they dismissed it, unless you did not show up for court. I would immediately file a petition to reinstate the complaint and how they will go retoractive to when you filed before. You need to go to your local domestic relations office to do it, or frankly, hite a lawyer to take care of it.
