Does Pennsylvania law require support payments continue after my child turns the age of 18 and continues on to college

No, not unless there has been an agreement to continue support between the parties.

You may have to petition to terminate the payments, though. I suggest going in to the Family Division a couple of months before the child turns 18 if you are paying the support. If you are the one receiving support payments then you may want to talk to the other party about an agreement if the other parent is cooperative.
