support

Recently my exwife took me back to court for more support. the judge granted her so much money that I can no longer support my new baby and her mother. Her mother does have a job but it is not enough to sustain the household. The judge did not take my new daughter into consideration and my lawyer said I am not eligible for the multifamily guidelines. Why am I not eligible and what rights do my girlfriend and our daughter have?

The only way multifamily calculations are not applied is if you make too little or too much money.
