Support

In the state of Pa, if you sign your rights away of a child are you still required to pay support?

If your parental rights are terminated either voluntarily or involuntarily then yes the child support obligation would end. That said unless the child was being adopted or the rights were being terminated by a petition from Children and Youth, your parental rights can NOT be terminated.
