i am taking care of my grandchild for the last 2 years to years before that i helped a lot with taking care of him i also claimed him on my tAXES THE LAST 3 YEARS THE PARENTS SEE HIM WHEN THEY WANT TO I DO EVERYTHING FOR THE CHILD HOW CAN I GET FUUSTODY I ALSO HAVE A PAPER I DREW UP AND HAD THEM BOTH SIGN IT AND ITS NOTERIZED FOR FULL CUSTODY SO WHAT DO I DO

You can file a complaint for custody and attach the stipulation and ask the court order it.
