Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Hello and thanks for taking the time to review this. My Fianc� is on Ssdi in pennsylvania and is currently pregant. Is a paternity test required for me the father for the baby to be on her insurance.

What's required is for you to show up at the hospital and claim paternity. You could also just marry her.
