Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

temporary reconciliation

Divorce and child support/custody documents are filed and finalized in the state of Florida. In the meantime ''ex'' spouses move to Pennsylvania and attempt to ''try again''. By them resuming to live together as husband and wife, does this then make original documents null and void. They have since split up again. Also, by them both now living in the state of Pennsylvania which state has jurisdiction, Florida or Pennsylvania?

Re: temporary reconciliation

"By them resuming to live together as husband and wife," is the key phrase. If the spouses held themselves out as married, a new common law marriage may have been created. If not then the paperwork from Florida should be still valid.
