Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

What can I do to terminate my ex-husband parental rights if he doesnt care about our son. He didn't have any contact with him for a year now. I am re-married and I would like my husband to adopt my son. What are my rights and how could i do this?

Well you could ask him to terminate his parental rights as part of an adoption. He should being willing to do this as it gets him out of child support.
